Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Woodworker based in Reading, PA . The Woodworker will be responsible for crafting and assembling custom windows and doors, utilizing a variety of woodworking techniques and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include precise measurements, working with raw timber, operating power and hand tools, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet production schedules and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications
• Experience using Power Tools and Hand Tools, with a focus on safety and precision
• Attention to detail and strong craftsmanship abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet production deadlines
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and assembling, in a workshop setting
• Prior experience in a woodworking or manufacturing environment is an advantage
