Talent Acquisition Manager
Segrera Associates is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager on behalf of a growing software development organization. This leadership role reports to the VP of Human Resources and will play a key role in shaping the company’s recruiting strategy, leading full-cycle hiring efforts, and building strong talent pipelines across the United States and internationally. The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with leadership to attract top-tier talent, enhance recruiting processes, and support the organization’s continued growth.
Headquartered in the Sarasota, Florida area. This is an on-site leadership role, and qualified candidates open to relocating to the region are encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage recruiting initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring the organization attracts and secures top-tier talent
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategies with evolving business needs
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to identify talent through professional networks, digital platforms, and industry relationships
• Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demands
• Oversee recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficient tracking, reporting, and candidate management
• Monitor hiring activity and key talent metrics to help guide workforce planning and recruitment strategy
• Support and advise hiring leaders throughout the interview and selection process to ensure consistent and effective evaluation practices
• Contribute to strengthening employer branding and the overall candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process
• Provide leadership and guidance to recruiting staff while promoting best practices across the talent acquisition function
• Participate in external networking opportunities and community engagement to enhance visibility within relevant talent markets
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• Several years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally supporting a broad range of professional and operational roles
• Prior experience guiding or mentoring recruiting staff or coordinating hiring initiatives across teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage talent through multiple sourcing channels and relationship-building strategies
• Familiarity with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and talent analytics tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across leadership levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
