Job Description * Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
* Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and risk controls.
* Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field leaders.
* Lead procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change management.
* Maintain strong communication and documentation standards. The Successful Applicant * 15+ years as a commercial GC Project Manager.
* Background in K‑12, higher ed, airport, or government work.
* Stable career tenure (5+ years per employer strongly preferred).
* High accountability and strong communication skills.
* Collaborative, non‑toxic leadership style with strong work drive.
What's on Offer $110K-$130K base salary, depending on experience
