Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for Line Lead openings! These long term opportunities offer full time hours on 2nd shift. Pay is $21.25/hr.
Responsibilities:
• assist in directing employee activities in an assigned manufacturing room
• ensure products packaged meet customer/company standards
• perform line duties as needed
• ensure batch record entries are made
• assist in production performance metrics reporting
• complete room line/area changeovers including startups and lot changes
• assist in training as needed
Candidates for this role must have a degree - Associates w/ 3 years experience in pharma/medical device manufacturing OR a Bachelors degree w/ 1 year experience in pharma/medical device manufacturing. Good documentation, organization, and planning skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Office is needed. Leadership experience is a must.
