Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers. You will be responsible for machining components following blueprints, routings, and standard work, as well as inspecting parts using gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
• Machine components following blueprints, routings, and standard work.
• Inspect parts using gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Load and unload fixtures and position large components using cranes.
• Make basic CNC program adjustments and tool changes.
Essential Skills
• Experience with mills, lathes, milling machines, and Mazak Mazatrol.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and bore gauges.
• Previous CNC Operator experience on a mill or lathe.
• Familiarity with G Code and M Code CNC programming.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with Mazak machines is a plus.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bogart, GA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
