Successful nurse for this engagement is those with critical care skills and experience with various drips, vents, trach management and various modes of oxygen delivery including Vents, HHF, Vapotherm, etc… Working a PCU/Stepdown floor is also beneficial if a Nurse hasn’t worked LTAC prior. The nurse must be able to handle a 4-6 patient assignment and deliver organized care. BLS, ACLS needed strong LTAC/Acute/Critical 2 years of experience
