This is a Tax Manager role at the largest independent CPA firm on the Gold Coast.
Around 140 people across three offices. Over 50 years in the Sarasota market. A firm with real structure, strong leadership, and a long term view.
The tax department is well established, with specialist teams covering business tax, individual and high net worth clients, healthcare, estate and trust, and international tax. This role sits within that structure and is not a standalone position.
This is not just a review role. You will lead client relationships, support and develop senior staff, and work closely with partners on planning and delivery. Judgement and communication matter as much as technical skill.
They are open to strong general tax managers as well as those with some exposure to international tax. Long term progression into senior leadership is realistic and supported.
Hours and flexibility are sensible and consistent.
Standard hours are 37.5 per week outside busy season.
Busy season typically runs 55 to 60 hours.
Hybrid working is fully supported.
Overtime is paid or converted into time off.
Time off and benefits include.
Three weeks of PTO plus sick and personal time.
Up to three additional weeks of banked time.
