Role Overview
As a Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for building new client relationships through seminars, workshops, direct prospect engagement, and proactive outreach. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who is passionate about helping individuals and families plan for retirement while simplifying complex financial concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Business Development
• Conduct 12+ qualified cold calls per week to generate new opportunities and build your client pipeline.
• Host educational seminars and workshops designed to convert attendees into qualified prospects.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule discovery meetings and move them through the sales process.
Discovery & Financial Planning
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals, retirement objectives, and current portfolio structure.
• Develop and present clear, personalized financial planning strategies.
• Educate clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, and annuity solutions.
Client Onboarding
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and transition them into long-term advisory relationships.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and ongoing financial guidance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, insurance, or financial services.
• Active Series 65 and Life & Health Insurance licenses required.
• Strong presentation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $350,000+
• The client is open to a flexible compensation structure that can be tailored to work well for both parties.
