Job Description • Manage all phases of construction-from pre‑construction planning and budgeting to project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor site activities regularly to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Review and approve subcontractor scopes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Maintain proactive communication with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all public sector compliance standards, prevailing wage requirements, and documentation protocols are met.
• Solve problems quickly and collaboratively to keep the project on track.

The Successful Applicant • 5-10+ years of experience managing ground‑up construction projects, ideally in public work (schools, municipal buildings, public safety facilities, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Pennsylvania public bidding rules and construction processes.
• Proven track record delivering projects ranging from $5M-$30M+.
• Skilled in schedule management (Primavera P6 or similar), budgeting, and project management software (Procore, CMiC, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to build strong relationships with field teams, subcontractors, and owners.
• OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus.
