Controller
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and delivering accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, contributing to our company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems, with experience using AS400 being a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
