Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include handling inquiries, closing sales, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Experience with lead generation, sales techniques, and client account management
• Proficient computer skills including CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and email communication
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the food manufacturing or related industry is an asset
