Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician with a strong technical background and mechanical aptitude. This role requires monitoring the internal dashboard of equipment to assess its status. You will be paired with a senior technician to learn processes and basic equipment maintenance tactics, supporting the tear down and reassembly of machinery to gain a comprehensive understanding before repairs.
Responsibilities • Monitor equipment status through internal dashboard systems.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to learn and execute maintenance processes.
• Support the tear down and reassembly of machinery.
• Understand machinery mechanics before performing repairs.
• Engage in machinery repair, maintenance, and installation.
Essential Skills • Technical background in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Associates degree, military experience, or equivalent work history.
• Mechanical aptitude with a focus on mechanical and electrical aspects.
• Experience in automation, robotics, and electrical troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in a clean room environment is beneficial but not required.
• No formal certifications are required.

Work Environment Work in a clean room environment requiring smocks and hair/beard nets for those who need them. Collaborate with senior technicians for up to six months of training. The shift is Thursday to Saturday from 6 am to 5:30 pm, with every other Wednesday on rotation, offering 36 hours on the first week and 48 hours on the second week.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
