What You’ll Do: Lead, train and inspire the retail and food service team in day-to-day operations and overall management of the store. Supervise and train staff to maintain excellent customer service standards. Oversee store operations including staffing, inventory, scheduling and training. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation. Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to achieve targets and maximize profitability. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Build relationships with returning customers. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of equipment and facilities. Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. What We’re Looking For: Dependable and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility. Strong leadership and communication skills – a natural motivator. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm and effective during frequent interruptions. Knowledge of inventory management and financial analysis. Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation to and from assigned store, with the ability to respond back or to the store for emergencies or staff shortage. Previous management experience, preferably in the high-volume retail and/or hospitality industry. College degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
