Duties: Performing all management functions Managing back and front of house Opening and end-of-day tasks Knowledge of all restaurant positions Providing exceptional customer service Requirements: Restaurant management experience Familiarity with restaurant software (ALOHA POS) Excellent customer service skills Effective communication and team management skills Open availability (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends) Responsibilities Lead and motivate a diverse team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support personnel to deliver outstanding service. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, proper food handling, and safety regulations. Manage daily restaurant operations including shift scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling procedures using Aloha POS. Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills in food service management, customer service, and food safety protocols. Monitor restaurant performance metrics; control costs related to food production, labor, and supplies while maintaining high-quality service standards. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen management and food handling practices. Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production and FOH operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management with supervising responsibilities in restaurants required. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with Aloha POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within a food industry setting. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and team management.
