Hiring an experienced line cook who can work grill, saute, and garde manger. Expected hours are 11:30 - 8:00, but can be altered based off of business volume. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Prepare ingredients for use during shift - Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set-up for all dishes - Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner - Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed - Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment Requirements: - Previous experience working in the food service industry as a cook or line cook - Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends. -Reliable attendance necessary Preferred Skills: - Experience in menu planning and recipe development - Familiarity with restaurant or catering operations - Culinary training or degree Join our team of dedicated line cooks and contribute to creating delicious meals for our customers.
