Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Used Car Manager, GSM (General Sales Manager), F&I (Finance & Insurance Manager), to lead our used vehicle sales operations. This pivotal role involves managing the used car inventory, driving sales pipelines, and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Lead the used vehicle sales team to maximize revenue through effective management. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the used car inventory and customer base Cultivate relationships with customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up calls Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and analyze performance metrics Conduct negotiations with customers to close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction Support upselling efforts of F&I products by training staff on product knowledge and sales techniques Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions Experience Proven experience in dealership automotive sales management Strong background in used car sales and inventory management Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, negotiation, and upselling high-end products Familiarity with CRM software systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette Join our team if you're passionate about automotive sales excellence!
