LEAD INSTALLER - RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH HOURS: You'll work a standard Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm schedule. ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS: EPA certification Experience leading an installation team Solid communication skills Strong organizational skills Team spirit and a collaborative attitude Hands-on heating and air conditioning installation experience - preferred Experience working on boilers - preferred WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE AS OUR LEAD INSTALLER - RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH: Every day brings new chances to make a positive impact and new opportunities to help beginner HVAC installers master the trade.
