About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts, ensuring that production goals are consistently achieved. Your expertise in interpreting blueprints and using precision measurement tools will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and multi-axis machines to produce precision components. Interpret complex blueprints and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) principles to ensure parts meet specifications. Employ CMMs, micrometers, depth gauges, and other precision instruments to verify the accuracy of machined parts. Adhere to good manufacturing and safety practices to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets to maintain accurate production records. Handle various types of metals, adjusting machining techniques as needed to achieve desired results. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Demonstrated math proficiency. Solid understanding of blueprint reading and GDT symbology. Preferred Skills Trade Certificate or 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines. Exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
Salary: $28.50 - $44.00 an hour
