This role is a key resource for the Project Executive needing on-site management day to day to be responsible for the day to day and outcome of this project. Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline 3+ years of recent and continuous experience managing industrial or commercial projects Assist with the development of procedures, project controls, and implements risk mitigation tolls to meet contract requirements Monitors change management process to ensure financial forecasting is accurate and is in good standing towards contract requirements Preferred Education/Experience: Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering with 5+ years of PM experience on industrial projects Prior influence on subcontractor strategy, including writing scopes and deliverables to ensure integrity in the financial process Strong contract workload and performance monitoring to uphold the overall company standard
