Designed with state-of-the-art technology and a strong focus on exceptional patient experience, we are launching with the goal of building a highly organized, patient-centered team from day one. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations and play a key role in our opening and long-term growth. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who values structure, accountability, and operational excellence in a brand-new practice. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and patient records management Ensure seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams Monitor production, collections, and scheduling efficiency Implement and maintain efficient systems and workflows Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims processing Leadership & Team Management Supervise front desk and administrative staff Lead team meetings and maintain high operational standards Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members Establish clear expectations and accountability within the team Financial & Compliance Oversight Oversee billing accuracy and financial reporting Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting oversight Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper records management Maintain regulatory compliance and best practices in dental administration Pre-Opening & Launch Support Assist with final pre-opening preparations and workflow setup Help establish SOPs and operational protocols Lead day-to-day execution beginning at launch to ensure a smooth and professional patient experience ⸻ Qualifications 3+ years of experience in dental office management Proficiency in dental software Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance coordination, and collections Demonstrated leadership experience within a dental or healthcare setting Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance standards Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ⸻ What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Modern, thoughtfully designed work environment Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding practice Direct collaboration with ownership Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
