Impro Fluidtek has been experiencing phenomenal growth, the company is seeking a Sales & Business Development Engineer / Manager to join our FL team, or Dallas team. Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales Process & Opportunity Development: Identify and develop sales opportunities within the precision machining and hydraulic sector, build and maintain customer relationships, follow up on customer inquiries, and lead commercial negotiations. Establish and improve regional sales processes to ensure efficient conversion from lead to order. 2. Technical Sales Support Understand product specifications and machining processes to provide effective technical support and communicate customer needs to internal engineering teams. 3. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support Collect and analyze market intelligence on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer activities in the Americas region for the precision machining and hydraulic industry. Provide insights and recommendations for service offerings or operational improvements to support the company’s strategic planning. 4. Brand Promotion & Marketing Activities Represent the company at relevant industry trade shows, technical seminars, targeted marketing initiatives and engage with local manufacturing associations to enhance brand visibility and recognition as a precision machining and hydraulic leader. 5. Cross-regional & Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with other regional teams and internal departments (e.g., production, engineering, quality, customer service) to ensure timely project execution and customer support. 6. Other Duties: Perform other assignments as directed by company management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of technical sales or business development experience in machining, hydraulic or related industrial sectors. Strong understanding of machining processes, hydraulic industry and OEM customer requirements. Proven network of contacts within relevant industries in the Americas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Capable of working independently, developing regional strategies, and meeting sales targets. Willingness to travel frequently within the Americas region. Work in person in FL 34243, or work remote in Dallas, TX.
