The Performance Group is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to support plant operations, and the FP&A department. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Controller and will provide in-depth reporting, forecasting and analysis to support the achievement of company performance goals. This position will work closely with operations to understand the business, forecast the financial performance of its operations and to drive efficiencies by identifying and quantifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities Include: Be a key strategic partner for our manufacturing leadership team, interacting with operations management, plant supervision, engineering and maintenance Serve as a trusted partner to the Manufacturing organization by articulating, reviewing, and analyzing financial forecasts, and executing financial planning needs Consolidate and build financial plans for the company; includes collecting and tracking headcount, operating and capital expenses Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for packaging, logistics, manufacturing, and other strategic business decisions Prepare and present insightful analysis to support leadership in decision-making Conduct variance analysis to forecast, track KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement Partner with Accounting and other Finance teams to perform monthly and quarterly close responsibilities; includes managing accruals and preparing close presentations Qualifications: Top-tier analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Adaptability and proficiency working with imperfect data Attention to detail, but with the ability to see how the big picture works The ability to succinctly communicate the commercial and operational assumptions driving forecasts and actual performance Expert at Excel, and a strong proficiency with PowerPoint required Experience with PowerPivot, PowerQuery, PowerBI, and/or SQL a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum 3 years of related experience in Finance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location: In person
