Department Lead
JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead in the Tavil Room department is responsible for leading all team members in filling product orders in accordance the need and demand of the customer(s).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
• Have constant awareness of product flow
• Make sure that all products being boxed is in conjunction with sales needs
• Responsible for knowing what team member is performing what task and make sure that all team members have the proper tools and supplies needed to accomplish each task
• Take a proactive role in assuring quality products are being produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns
• Other duties may be assigned at the request of the Tray Pack Supervisor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or up to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Ability to speak English, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
