• Lead coordination efforts across sales/program management, engineering, scheduling, quality, and production teams
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests with a focus on manufacturability, tooling complexity, schedule impact, and cost
• Identify manufacturing and project risks (capacity constraints, design changes, material delays) and implement mitigation strategies
• Prioritize multiple active tooling projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competing schedules and customer demands
• Manage scope changes, cost tracking, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and internal procedures
• Support tooling trials, first article inspections, and customer acceptance activities
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, communication, and workflow
• Lead by example through personal accountability, clear ownership of deliverables, and holding teams to established manufacturing and quality standards
