Creative Project Manager, Workfront
Long term contract
Hybrid- 4 days onsite/1 day remote
Our client, one of America's largest healthcare educators, is seeking a Creative Project Manager with STRONG WORKFRONT SKILLS. This role will begin assisting our client with executing new work processes in Workfront as they are in the process of reimagining the end-to-end process and workflows. They have been utilizing Workfront for 6 years, but now need everything centralized as a singular intake/view. To be successful, one must have great working knowledge of Workfront, such as setting up template/workflows as well as having working knowledge of Resource Manager Tool and Planner Tool. Once this is all set up, they would like for this individual to remain as a creative project manager working with a variety of print and digital deliverables.
Responsibilities
• Support Sr. Creative Director & Sr Operations Manager as they reimagine and build new workflows and processes in Workfront.
• Offer Workfront expertise and innovation to the reimagined creative process.
• Help build automated workflows and project templates.
• Participate in weekly planning and resourcing meetings with Creative Operations and Creative Leads.
• Offer ongoing support as we iterate and improve our process over time.
• Review submitted briefs to ensure clarity, requirements, timelines, and deliverables are complete.
• Create project schedules, task assignments, and workflows within Workfront.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, and risks; proactively escalate issues when timelines or scope shift.
• Assess workload, capacity, and upcoming priorities to help plan and distribute work appropriately.
• Adjust project timelines and assignments based on shifting priorities, bottlenecks, or new emerging needs.
• Schedule meetings and maintain clear lines of communication with stakeholders through project lifecycles.
• Project management and trafficking support-reviewing briefs, creating schedules, monitoring progress and risks, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders throughout each project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a creative, agency, or marketing environment.
• Workfront expertise is a must - hands-on experience for project management and resource management.
• Creative project management experience including print and digital deliverables
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with creative processes across design, copywriting, video, and production a plus.
• Problem-solving, proactive mindset.
