About the Role
Lead electrical installations on heavy commercial/industrial projects with specialization in tiltwall construction, cold storage, data centers, and distribution centers. Oversee multiple crews, manage project execution, ensure NEC compliance, and deliver projects on time/within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals to execute complex electrical systems
Crew Management: Lead multiple electrical crews (5-20+ members), allocate resources, and ensure productivity
Material & Equipment: Schedule procurement and staging for timely project completion
Code Compliance: Maintain 100% adherence to National/Local Electrical Codes (NEC)
Quality Control: Interface with inspectors, GCs, engineers, architects, and clients
Safety Standards: Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain zero-incident record
Must-Have Qualifications
5-10 years as Electrical Foreman/Superintendent (heavy commercial/industrial)
Preferred Experience: Tiltwall, Cold Storage, Data Centers, Distribution Centers
Valid US Driver's License
Lift/carry 50+ lbs unassisted
Pass electrical aptitude test + background/drug screen
Travel: 50% Southeast US (FL, GA, Carolinas, etc.)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software)
