Job Summary
The Distribution Operations Manager must be an experienced leader with a specialized knowledge of inventory and distribution practices, solid system skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain.
The Distribution Operations Manager
• Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates all aspects of Supply Chain Inventory and Par operations.
• Acts as a manager, liaison, and advisor on Supply Chain.
• Develops new ideas, systems and technology, also analyzes and improves existing infrastructure.
• Proactively reviews processes in Inventory and Par Supply Chain Management to evaluate effectiveness and accuracy of data.
• Develops and maintains detailed training manuals.
• Meets with department heads and physicians to communicate supply updates and evaluate and respond to department needs.
