Aerotek is hiring Wafer Fab Technicians to support cleanroom operations in a cutting‑edge wafer fabrication facility. No prior fab or cleanroom experience is required— we provide full, paid training .
What You’ll Do • Run and monitor wafer fabrication tools, including manual and computer‑controlled processing equipment.
• Perform machine setups and operate tools used in wafer etch, deposition, photolithography, CMP, and metrology.
• Follow precise process instructions for cleaning, coating, pattern transfer, inspection, and measurement steps.
• Use production software to log data, track wafer movement, and report tool performance.
• Inspect wafers and optical components under microscopes to identify defects or process deviations.
• Maintain a controlled, contamination‑free work area and follow strict cleanroom procedures at all times.
• Respond to alarms, support basic troubleshooting, and work alongside engineers and technicians during process adjustments.
What You Bring • Experience in manufacturing, microscope work, electronics assembly, or other hands‑on technical tasks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and process tracking (Excel/Word).
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow multi‑step procedures.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods in a fast‑paced, high‑precision environment.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in semiconductor or cleanroom work.

Cleanroom Environment You’ll work in a state‑of‑the‑art wafer fabrication cleanroom , wearing full bunny suit attire (hood, gloves, mask, coveralls, shoe covers). These environments are bright, climate‑controlled, and designed for precision work with some of the most advanced equipment in modern manufacturing.
12‑Hour Shifts (2‑2‑3 Schedule) Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
A Shift: Sun–Tue + alternating Wed
B Shift: Thurs–Sat + alternating Wed
C Shift (Nights): Sun–Tue + alternating Sat
D Shift (Nights): Wed–Fri + alternating Sat
• 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next → guaranteed 8 hours of overtime every other week
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
