PhilanthroFilms Production Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Build regional asset infrastructure by developing cataloging systems, documentation protocols, and organizational frameworks for regional locations, resources, and production-ready assets that enable PhilanthroFilms staff to market the area to film production companies and create local employment opportunities.
• Develop promotional capacity by creating asset material production workflows, editing templates, and media libraries that assist staff in attracting film projects to the region and promoting economic opportunity in economically disadvantaged rural areas.
• Create training program infrastructure by developing industry-standard curriculum frameworks, facilitation guides, and program delivery systems that enable staff to sustainably deliver workforce development programming and prepare community members for film industry careers.

Member Duties : -Create a database of needs of production companies and fill crews -Create a database of trained workers looking for job placement -Take photos/videos of potential film locations -Edit photos/videos -Obtain knowledge of potential film companies coming to South Georgia (i.e. their prefered genre, typical crew size, how long they usually film, union or not, etc) to better help with job recommendations
