RN Navigator Urogynecology
Full Time, 1st Shift, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
The RN Navigator for Urogynecology serves as the initial point of contact for the urogynecology service line. This role is responsible for guiding patients through the continuum of care using evidence-based protocols developed in collaboration with the Medical Director. The RN Navigator coordinates care, supports clinical visits, performs triage, provides comprehensive patient and referral source education, and acts as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure timely, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (women’s health, urogynecology, urology, OB/GYN, or related specialty preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient education skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Preferred
• Experience in care navigation, case management, or care coordination
• Experience educating patients, primary care providers, or referral partners
• Familiarity with urogynecologic conditions and treatments
• Experience with protocol development or quality improvement initiatives
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
