Test Asministrator-IT Support Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Test Administrator with IT Support knowledge to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional office and technical support and ensuring that all systems function optimally. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset, as you will be the first point of contact.
Provide support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Assist with operating systems.
Manage computer hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs.
Maintain firewalls and security settings to protect company data.
Offer desktop support for various office applications and tools.
Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to understand their needs.
Document all support interactions with customers in the system
Qualifications
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong understanding of operating systems.
Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge of firewall configurations and network security principles.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in computer management and desktop support is preferred.
