Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager to lead $25M to $40M ground-up civic and education projects in the Sarasota/Manatee region.
Strong pipeline, real precon-to-closeout ownership, and a team-first culture with high retention.

Requirements
• Experience working for a general contractor
• 4-year degree (preferably construction management)
• Stable tenure pattern in employment (2+ years minimum with each firm)
