*Actively seeking Assemblers on 1st and 2nd shift in the Pottstown, PA area* OFFERING WEEKLY PAY Location: Pottstown, PA
Pay: $20/hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
Key Responsibilities: • Assemble cables and components according to work instructions and engineering specifications
• Perform soldering, crimping, stripping, and connector installation using small hand tools
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
• Report defects, equipment issues, or material shortages to supervisors
Qualifications • Strong attention to detail
• Good vision skills
• Good quality and inspection skills
Shift Details: 1st shift 6:30am-3:00pm M-F; 2nd shift 2:45pm-11:15pm M-F Benefits once hired on! • Competitive pay at $20/hour

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
