Responsibilities of the Credit Union Member Services Rep / Bank Teller:
• Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, account openings/closings, service requests, and issue resolution.
• Promote products and services that meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations; safeguard member information.
• Provide backup support for teller functions, including balancing cash drawers and processing payments.
• Maintain organized records, support office operations, and participate in team meetings and training.
• Represent the credit union at selected community events.
• Occasional travel (approx. 10%).

Qualifications of the Credit Union Member Services Rep / Bank Teller:
• Organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual: Ability to read, write, and speak the English and Spanish languages REQUIRED
• 2+ years of credit union, banking, or customer service experience
• Strong communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn credit union software.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort working with diverse populations.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Willingness to submit to a series of criminal background checks
• High school diploma or GED required.
