Founder Associate – Strategy, Fundraising & Operations (Equity-Only | Co-Founder Opportunity)
Job Description
We are a stealth-mode startup, currently in the process of building our MVP and not yet operational. We are looking for a Founder Associate who will work directly with the founder on team building, fundraising preparation, and operations. This is a pure equity-only role at a very early stage. This role is specifically for someone who wants to become a co-founder. It offers a clear and direct opportunity to transition into a co-founder role based on performance, ownership, persistence, and long-term commitment. This opportunity is well-suited for someone straight out of college or early in their career who wants real responsibility, ownership, and first-hand experience building a startup from zero.
What You’ll Do
• Help identify, screen, and coordinate with potential co-founders and early team members
• Work closely with the founder on fundraising preparation (pitch decks, investor research, outreach planning)
• Support operations and internal structuring as the company takes shape
• Act as a close execution and strategy partner to the founder
• Bring consistency, follow-through, and ownership in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
Who This Role Is For
