Key Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, with a strong technical background. Proven track record of over 7 years in a leadership role managing maintenance operations within a corrugated manufacturing environment. This role entails collaborating with other departmental leaders to drive the facility's success. You will bring together your technical prowess and managerial expertise to lead the maintenance team, ensuring safety is prioritized and a culture of continuous improvement and innovation is fostered. Your Responsibilities: Design and implement a robust safety framework that ensures operational efficiency and effectiveness are at the forefront. Set attainable, clear objectives for the maintenance team, promoting a sustainable approach to safety and operational strategy. Develop comprehensive maintenance programs for optimal facility operations, coupled with close supervision of maintenance staff. Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) analysis and reporting, facilitating enhanced productivity and efficiency across the plant.
