We’re looking for a Manager, Operations Talent Acquisition to lead a high-performing team responsible for hiring the talent that powers our production facilities across the country. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who loves solving business problems, elevating recruiting capability, and partnering directly with Operations and HR leaders to make an impact every day. You will shape recruiting strategy for hourly and salaried professional roles, coach and develop a remote TA team, strengthen relationships across the organization, and bring innovation to the hiring process—including leveraging AI and modern recruiting technology to drive efficiency. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of TA professionals supporting hourly and salaried hiring. Partner closely with Operations and HR leaders as a consultative advisor and talent strategist. Build proactive, solution-oriented and data-driven recruiting strategies that can scale with the business and improve talent pipelines, speed, and hiring quality. Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency. Oversee recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development. Represent MITER Brands in the community and build strong external talent partnerships. Use reporting and analytics to uncover insights, broker diagnostic and solution-oriented stakeholder communications, and continuously improve performance. What You Bring 5+ years of experience leading recruitment delivery and execution for both salaried and hourly roles; 7+ years total TA experience preferred. Direct experience leading TA/HR strategic initiatives and/or programs strongly preferred. Proven success and results building strong relationships and influencing leaders at all levels. Passion for developing people and building recruiting capability. Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools and modern recruiting technology. Successful integration of AI functionality or related SaaS platform that delivered measurable efficiency optimization strongly preferred. Data-driven mindset with strong operational execution skills.
