Highway Construction Workers We are taking applications for experienced Highway Construction Equipment Operators. Experience on NY or PA Dept of Transportation projects is preferred but not required. CDL preferred but not required. Standard rates vary between $65 to $94 per hour and increase for overtime. Work is located in southern tier of NY and northern tier of PA.
