Senior Manager of Integrated Case ManagementHealthcare Leadership OpportunityPosition Overview The Senior Manager of Integrated Case Management provides operational leadership and daily oversight for integrated case management services within a complex healthcare environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership to support the development, planning, and implementation of program initiatives aligned with best practice standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. This leader sets the tone for a collaborative, high performing culture by modeling positive leadership behaviors, driving accountability, and ensuring that departmental projects, workflows, and responsibilities are executed effectively. The Senior Manager ensures compliance with all federal, state, regulatory, and accreditation standards governing case management and care coordination programs. Key Responsibilities Provide operational oversight and leadership for integrated case management services Support strategic planning, program development, and continuous process improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, regulatory, and accreditation requirements Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional development across the care management team Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes, quality, and efficiency Required Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing or Social Work Nursing Pathway Bachelor of Science in Nursing required Master of Science in Nursing preferred Social Work Pathway Master of Science in Social Work required Licensure Active Registered Nurse license or active Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in the applicable state Certification For nursing professionals, Certified Case Manager or Certified Advanced Case Manager required For social work professionals, Certified Social Work Case Manager or Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager required Experience 5 to 7 years of case management or healthcare related experience Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership or management experience Acute care hospital experience Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships Strong independent judgment, initiative, and decision making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels Proven leadership capabilities with an understanding of teamwork, group dynamics, and cost center management Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and consistently implement effective solutions Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Experience: Management: 3 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Sarasota County, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
