Title: Operations Manager Location: North Port, FL Compensation: $100, 000 - $120, 000 base + bonus = up to $150,000 OTE About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of our North Port location. This role is responsible for leading teams, improving operational performance, and ensuring consistent execution across people, processes, and results. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership to drive efficiency, accountability, and team development while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and profitability.
