Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support clinical operations. Your expertise will help ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality medical care. Must be a team player and self-motivated. This position is 40 hours and requires Monday-Thursday availability between 7am-6pm. Fridays, weekends, and holidays off. Duties Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and detailed medical histories. Assist Physician in the procedure room/handling the C-Arm Cleaning of supplies used during procedures Purchasing supplies used during procedures Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system to document patient care accurately and efficiently. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and NCQA standards while ensuring accurate medical documentation and ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10). Experience Demonstrated ability to work with patients who have injuries or are in pain Drawing up injections Knowledge of medical terminology EMR Purchasing/inventory Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
