Palm Terrace, a well-established 55+ gated community in Sarasota , is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and resident services. This is an on-site administrative and customer service role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and working in a community-focused environment. Job Type Part-time Approximately 25 hours per week Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Daytime hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay $18.00 per hour Work Location On-site only 3223 N. Lockwood Ridge Rd, Sarasota, FL 34234 Key Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative operations Collect rent payments and accurately post charges Answer resident questions and provide professional customer service Coordinate with vendors and assist with invoices and payments Help plan and support resident events and community activities Maintain organized records and office files Support overall property management and office workflow Qualifications Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable working with residents in a customer-facing role Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Spanish-speaking is a strong plus Prior experience in property management, leasing, administration, or customer service is preferred but not required Why Work at Palm Terrace?
