Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant educational team. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth through attentive caregiving and interaction Supervise children during activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and proper behavior management Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity Provide basic first aid when necessary and follow health and safety protocols diligently Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff to support each child's progress and well-being Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience with infants, toddlers, or children with special needs is a strong plus Certification or training in first aid and CPR is desirable Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and effectively Compassionate caregiving skills with a genuine love for working with young children Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with families Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child feels valued and inspired!
