Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role involves developing age-appropriate curricula, fostering social and emotional growth, and supporting children's developmental milestones. Experience with children, classroom management, and early childhood education principles are essential to ensure a positive learning experience for every student. Duties Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with developmental standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Manage daily classroom activities, including behavior management and routine supervision of toddlers and preschoolers. Assess individual student progress through observations and standardized testing to tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address individual needs related to special education or early intervention. Incorporate curriculum development strategies that support childhood development, including social-emotional learning and cognitive skills. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with childcare regulations. Support children's welfare by promoting positive behavior, teaching social skills, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development theories, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Experience with curriculum development across various domains such as literacy education, math, physical education, and special education needs. Familiarity with early intervention practices and standardized testing methods for young learners. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; Montessori or private school experience is a plus. Ability to create lesson plans that incorporate diverse teaching methods including tutoring and hands-on activities. Passion for child welfare, daycare practices, and fostering an inclusive learning environment focused on holistic development.
