Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex millwork installation projects. This pivotal role involves overseeing all phases of project execution, from initial planning and coordination to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale millwork installation projects across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop detailed project schedules using company provided management software, tracking progress and adjusting plans proactively. Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to confirm accuracy and facilitate smooth installation workflows. Manage procurement processes including estimating, contracts review, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address challenges promptly, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Facilitate effective project meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain momentum toward project milestones. Ensure proper documentation of all project activities including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), safety reports, and progress logs. Experience Proven track record of managing large-scale installation or construction projects with significant site operations experience. Extensive knowledge of millwork estimating techniques and contract management processes. Proficiency in project scheduling tools. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise installation execution. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership qualities with the capability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high safety standards.
