As a Hospice Clinical Manager, you will report directly to the operational leader and serve as a key member of care center operations and management team. Must be a registered nurse (RN) with current licensure Must have previous experience in a hospice/home care setting and with two years + management or supervisory experience. Must have a proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting; must comply with accepted professional standards and practices; must have excellent observation and communication skills, and good nursing judgment; must understand hospice philosophy and issues of death/dying; must understand principles of pain symptom management; must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order, is properly registered and licensed, and is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements; must comply with and maintain a current CPR certification; must demonstrate excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills Required: Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the company. Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse Current CPR certification. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to perform patient visits.
