Position Overview: Now Hiring: Family & Education Manager Location: Sarasota, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Salary: $59,000–$63,000 annually, based on experience Who We Are: Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center is a faith-based, nonprofit women’s health and family support organization committed to providing compassionate, cost-free medical care, education, and resources to women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Our mission is to empower individuals to make life-affirming choices through holistic, professional care and ongoing support across Florida’s west coast. Position Summary: The Family & Education Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing SMPC’s client-facing education and support programs, including women’s education, men’s and couples coaching, peer counseling support, and volunteer readiness. This role works closely with the CEO, staff, and volunteers to ensure high-quality client care, program effectiveness, and mission alignment across all education services . This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven professional with experience in education, nonprofit services, or social support programs who is seeking meaningful work in a faith-centered environment. What You’ll Do: Oversee women’s education programming, men’s and couples coaching, and client advocacy services Supervise and support staff and volunteers involved in education and client services Maintain standards of client care, including chart oversight and participation in case review meetings Coordinate volunteer training, scheduling, and quarterly renewal sessions Maintain volunteer files and ensure Center policies and procedures are reviewed and signed annually Track client progress and outcomes to support reporting, testimonials, and program development (with permission) Maintain and update referral resources and coordinate with outside agencies as needed Assist with outreach activities, center tours, and community engagement Support CEO with center initiatives, including fundraising events and client-focused programming Coordinate diaper inventory and assist with scheduling related to male client appointments Create and maintain calendars for staff activities, including daily prayer time What You’ll Need: Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of experience in education, nonprofit work, social services, or a related helping field Preferred Qualifications Experience managing or supporting volunteers Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated Faith & Values Alignment A committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ Alignment with the pro-life mission Willingness to uphold the Center’s Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, and organizational policies What’s in It for You: Purpose Mission-driven, faith-centered work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Sarasota community Leadership role supporting families, education, and life-affirming care Benefits Medical : Blue Cross Blue Shield Telemedicine Access : Teledoc Life Insurance/AD&D Dental & Vision : United Healthcare Financial and Retirement Support Everence Simple IRA with employer match Work-Life Balance Paid Time Off (PTO) upon hire Paid Holidays upon hire Pay Range: USD $59,000.00 - USD $63,000.00 /Yr.
