Position Overview: Now Hiring: Family & Education Manager Location: Sarasota, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Salary: $59,000–$63,000 annually, based on experience Who We Are: Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center is a faith-based, nonprofit women’s health and family support organization committed to providing compassionate, cost-free medical care, education, and resources to women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Our mission is to empower individuals to make life-affirming choices through holistic, professional care and ongoing support across Florida’s west coast. Position Summary: The Family & Education Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing SMPC’s client-facing education and support programs, including women’s education, men’s and couples coaching, peer counseling support, and volunteer readiness. This role works closely with the CEO, staff, and volunteers to ensure high-quality client care, program effectiveness, and mission alignment across all education services . This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven professional with experience in education, nonprofit services, or social support programs who is seeking meaningful work in a faith-centered environment.
