Maintenance Manager Sarasota, FL A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a corrugated packaging facility . This role requires a proven maintenance leader who can drive safety, reliability, and operational efficiency while partnering closely with plant leadership. MUST-HAVES (Required Qualifications) Hands-on experience in a corrugated packaging manufacturing facility 7+ years of maintenance supervisory experience within the corrugate industry Technical degree in Engineering or a related field Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong leadership background overseeing maintenance teams in an industrial environment Proven track record of improving safety, uptime, and maintenance performance Ability to work cross-functionally with production and plant leadership Position Overview The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities at the facility, leading the maintenance team while collaborating with other department managers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This role is responsible for establishing strong safety practices, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring maintenance strategies support overall plant performance.
