Position : Fleet Manager Company : ZoomAround, LLC Location : Sarasota, FL Reporting Relationship : Reports to the CEO & VP of Operations. We are looking for an experienced manager to maintain the ZoomAround standards by managing, scheduling deadlines, ensuring accurate parts orders and inventory, open and close day to day activities in a clean and safe environment, conduct daily/weekly meetings to ensure quality and communicate to the ZoomAround leadership team and customers. Our Fleet Manager is critical in maintaining the integrity of our craftsmanship for our customers and the ZoomAround culture for all team members. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Experience handling inbound sales calls, as well as storefront sales Ability to close sales while setting proper expectations with customers Experience utilizing Point of Sales Systems Ability to execute delivery and pickup schedules daily Delivery driving experience with truck and trailer Ensuring a safe environment for employees through adherence to safety policies, assessing and eliminating hazards, improving housekeeping standards, conducting incident investigations, and implementing corrective action Ensuring accurate inventory control of all onsite vehicles & parts inventory Planning and recommending necessary product workflows Putting together projects, managing the projects, and ensuring projects are on track from start to finish RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing open items & vehicle repairs with Club Car, including warranties Oversee shop inventory, parts ordering & tool organization Responsible for ensuring mechanics, drivers and detailers follow proper safety protocols Conduct team meetings on organizational vision, safety & performance Oversee the completion & accuracy of driver routes Oversee vehicle quality control, repair progress & cart readiness Assist with delivering & picking up carts, vehicle inspections and detailing when needed Oversee vehicle staging and cart readiness Oversee & responsible for internal operational projects and their progress Assist with staff scheduling and overhead budgeting Assist with internal day-to-day operations with Leadership Team Oversee and track all carts and their availability statuses along with tracking repairs Assist with all cart, vehicle & trailer registration & insurance renewals Communicate directly with Leadership on shop/team member performance & escalate any/all concerns or issues Assist with after-hours calls & driving Travel to and assist with operations in both Florida & North Carolina locations, when needed Assist with inbound sales calls and reservations Assist with routing delivery & pickup schedules Eventually assist with monthly & quarterly reporting for Owners (Partners) QUALIFICATIONS Sales or Leadership Experience 3+ years (preferred) Prior leadership experience, leading a team or multiple projects Demonstrated successful management or leadership in stressful situations Must enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment within a rapidly growing company Must have a clean driving record for at least 5 years to be able to driver street legal golf carts if/when needed Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook & Excel Ability to send out quality and professional emails PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to lift, carry, and place supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting.
