We’re seeking an Senior Information System Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft server environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to broaden their expertise across cloud services, identity management, and network operations. Job Description: Provide day-to-day support (onsite and remote) for Microsoft Windows Server environments and endpoints Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and GPOs Assist with identity and access management in Microsoft Entra Support and troubleshoot non-standard technical and analytical equipment Schedule, execute and validate system backups using various tools. Review and interpret firewall logs and assist with basic security investigations Diagnose and resolve networking issues across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi Respond to User support requests across a multi-location organization of over 300 users Collaborate on the creation of updated policies and procedures.
